Logan Thompson, LT3D Founder
Over many years in leadership development, I’ve found that the most effective executive coaches possess three core dimensions:

Deep expertise in psychology and leadership development

Extensive awareness training (e.g., meditation, mindfulness, etc.)
Very few coaches offer all three dimensions. But leaders operate across all three dimensions: intellectual, emotional, and intuitive. So leaders need coaches who can meet them in each.
That’s why I started LT3D. Every coach we deploy brings that full range.

​My own background spans strategy at McKinsey, graduate work in adult development and psychology at Harvard, and two years of immersive contemplative training, including six months in silent retreat. I’ve taught psychology at the college level and coached leaders around the world.
I hold an MBA from Vanderbilt, a Master’s in Psychology from Harvard, and multiple certifications, including in mindfulness instruction.​
